Originally from Mercier in Montérégie, Quebec, André began his career in an advertising agency in Montreal in 1983. Three years later, he set out on his own as a graphic designer.
Wanting to improve his graphic concepts, he followed an intensive training in photo editing to become a professional retoucher. He works for renowned photographers here and abroad on major international projects.
In 2014, his creative “Winter Evening” was selected and published in the prestigious “Ballistic Publishing's EXPOSÉ 11”. Ballistic Publishing is recognized as one of the best digital art books in the world. For this edition, more than 8,000 artists from 65 countries submitted their images and only 350 of them were published.
This is when the idea of creating works germinated in his mind. Little by little he leaves his mark. This is how his work "The Requiem of Mozart" is now part of the archives of the International Mozarteum Foundation in Austria.
His expertise in photography, photo editing, artistic direction as well as his life experience are precious allies that allow him to create a style all his own.
